J.Cocoa make internationally award winning single origin bean to bar chocolate. This process starts with sourcing the finest cocoa beans from around the world, where each cocoa variety produces individual flavour profiles.

It takes 10-15 days to roast, crack, grade, winnow, stone-grind and conch from cocoa bean to chocolate, revealing their unique flavours. Finished chocolate is hand tempered on marble before moulding into bars producing that high shine and iconic snap. Only Organic ingredients are added to the chocolate and they never use emulsifiers, strongly believing that for great chocolate, Less Is More.

Look out for their hand decorated Easter eggs, chocolate rabbits and ganache filled eggs. J.Cocoa will also be bringing along their own rich and indulgent hot chocolate to the festival.
