Chocolatier and patisserie chef Jacqueline Keenan has a passion for chocolate which comes from spending many years as a pastry chef and her desire to open her own chocolate shop one day.
La Fleur de Chocolat uses only locally sourced dairy, alcohol and fruit and will be bringing along a wide selection of their luxury chocolates, bites and nibble bags. As the name suggests, La Fleur de Chocolat is a French style company with a local twist.
