Bean to bar chocolate made using directly-traded heirloom cacao and minimal processing in a renewably powered workshop off the grid in rural Dorset. The cacao they use comes from some of the World’s officially recognized greatest and most important estates including Fortunato No.4 from Peru, Maya Cacao from Belize and Alto Beni, Wild Beniano from Bolivia. Winners of 7 major international awards in their first year, Solkiki will be providing visitors samples of their award winning chocolate.
For the festival, they will be bringing bags of gold-dusted, single estate Panamanian bunnies and will also be unveiling several new bars unavailable elsewhere.
Solkiki will be at the festival on Sunday 16 April.
