Aneesh Popat (also known as The Chocolatier) creates water based ganaches in exciting and experimental flavour combinations. Aneesh has supplied two Royal families, many Michelin starred restaurants and luxury hotels. He uses single origin and single estate chocolate for all of his products, matching them with flavour that compliments the notes of cacao.
Aneesh will be joined by Jam and Tipple – an exciting jam company run by his wife Nina. Expect gourmet artisan jams laced with tipple, each jam carefully curated with the perfect balance of fruit and alcohol. Bliss!
