Andrew first learned how to make fudge in his mother’s kitchen when he was looking for an alternative to a birthday cake. His mother had an old family recipe that was widely praised by all who tried it. Nowadays, not much has changed. Woodcroft Fudge still uses that original family recipe, it’s still widely praised and Andrew still makes it in his kitchen in the Wye Valley. Woodcroft Fudge will be bringing a delicious selection of fudge to the festival including Lemon Meringue and Rum and Raisin flavours!
