Refund Policy

At Taste Chocolate, we understand that sometimes a gift is just not quite right for its intended recipient. That’s why we offer a 14 day return policy, meaning if you would like to return your item/s, you have 14 days to do so from the time of delivery to be eligible for a refund or replacement. 

The item must be unopened and in its original condition to be eligible for a refund. 

To start a return or ask a question about a return, simply contact us using the Contact Us form, stating your order number within your message so we can quickly find your order.  If your return is accepted, we will then send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. 

Once we have received your return, we will inspect it to ensure everything is in its original condition and notify you as to whether the refund has been approved or not. If the refund has been approved, we will process a refund to the original payment method. Please note that it can take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Damages and Issues

In the unfortunate case that you receive a damaged box, the contents inside the box have become damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as you can so we can put things right quickly. To aid in a quick resolution, please send pictures of any damages.
